The CABAC CAL630-16 Copper Lug is a heavy-duty compression lug designed for terminating 630mm² copper cable onto a 16mm stud. It is suited to high-capacity electrical installations including main switchboards, large distribution systems, industrial plant, infrastructure projects and utility-style power connections.
The lug is manufactured from high-conductivity annealed copper and is designed to be crimped using CABAC and MSS Power standard tooling and dies. Correct crimping provides a strong mechanical joint and a low-resistance electrical connection for large copper conductors.
