The CABAC copper barrier link is designed for joining 95mm² copper conductors where an impermeable barrier to oil, moisture or compound migration is required. Barrier links are commonly used with paper insulated cables and other cable jointing applications where separation between cable sections is important.

This link is suitable for compression crimp installation using compatible crimp tooling. It provides a permanent conductor joint while assisting with containment between cable sides, making it useful for cable repairs, transition joints, network work and industrial electrical maintenance.
