Product Overview

The CABAC GAM1800 Cast Resin EG Type 1500ml pack is a larger two-part electrical resin compound for resin-filled cable joints and encapsulation work. It is intended for applications requiring a higher fill volume, such as larger joint shells, multi-core cable joints or electrical connections requiring full resin encapsulation.

The resin is supplied in a divided mixing pack so the installer can combine the resin and hardener on site without separate measuring containers. Once mixed and poured, the resin cures to form a solid insulating compound around the joint. This assists with electrical insulation, moisture protection, contamination resistance and mechanical support for the completed connection.
