The CABAC CASR400/240 Copper Reducing Link is used to create a permanent compression joint between a 400mm² copper conductor and a 240mm² copper conductor. It provides a practical cable transition where two different conductor sizes need to be joined in a power distribution, switchboard, cable tail or jointing application.

This reducing link is suitable for circular and sector stranded copper conductors. Installation Notes

Confirm conductor size and link orientation before crimping. Strip each copper conductor to the correct length, insert fully into the appropriate end of the reducing link and crimp with the correct die set for each conductor size.
